Step 5: Then Product Finalization in “Add to Cart” page. If you have coupon code, place here for discount.

Step 6: Then click “Checkout” page.

Step 7: In “Checkout” fill your Name, Address, and Mobile Number.

How do I take Free Delivery on my order?

We provide free delivery if your order amount minimum Tk2000/- or above. It automatically applied in your cart amount.

Normally in Dhaka city our Delivery Charge- Tk49/-

And outside Dhaka our Delivery Charge- Tk99/-

What is your estimated delivery time?

Generally in Dhaka our estimated delivery time 1-2 days. And outside Dhaka it’s varies on place. Normally our estimated delivery time for outside Dhaka needs 2-4 days. This timeline based on holidays and business days.

Can I change delivery address after I place an order?

If you need to change your delivery address after place an order, You just inform us immediately over phone before the product is dispatched.

If I need for a replacement, when will I get it?

Generally in Dhaka the replacement item is delivered to you at the pick-up time. In other outside of Dhaka replacement item delivered after the delivered item picked up. For more details please see our return & exchange policy page.

Yes you can. If you need to cancel your order so please make the conformation before delivery the products. Other then products are not refundable. You can replace your products.
